“The Best” Scrambled Eggs
1 Tbls. Salute Santé! Chili Grapeseed Oil
4-6 eggs
Freshly chopped chives, parsley or cilantro
Optional: shredded cheese, sliced mushroom
Beat eggs. Heat Salute Santé! Chili Grapeseed Oil in non-stick pan. Add eggs. Scramble until firm, but not hard. Add chives, fresh parsley, and cilantro to taste. Optional: Add shredded cheese and mushrooms before eggs are done.
